Aintree Farms is governed by a board of directors elected annually in January. The board elects its officers for the year, establishes a budget for the maintenance of buildings and grounds, and ensures that all residents conform to the covenants that govern the community.
Maintenance costs are divided equally among the owners of the 181 homes in Aintree Farms. Special assessments may be required from time to time.
The community maintains an office on the property staffed by a full time property manager and has one full time maintenance employee.
